I was You
I WAS you!
A housewife and mother of 12, surrounded by house chores. My to do list on a light day
consisted of: several meals and snacks, homeschooling, sports and kid activities, raising
livestock and managing a homestead. Although I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of being
a wife and mother, there were still parts of me that were dissatisfied. I had personal
unachieved dreams and desires. Some were as simple as a nap! They all appeared
unattainable.
So, what’s a busy girl to do with so much to be done and time running away like a gray
hound in pursuit of a finish line?I didn’t want to look back in my later years with regret or
resentment in my heart. Torn between settling with unfulfilled passions and hope bubbling
within me; I began to wonder!
Where do divine destinies lay to rest when they aren’t obtained? How would my children
learn to properly chase dreams if I didn’t model it? Would there be an older version of me
whispering in my ear and hoping I’d make the right decision today for her tomorrow?
And there it was! My ah ha moment!

Introduction
No one but me was going to give me permission to live the life I imagined! No one was
going to “create” space and time for my dreams. Only I could be solely responsible for
how I would live my days on this earth! Destiny was mine to achieve!
There was only one thing left to do.
Start!
With an overwhelming determination to succeed in both obligations and personal
endeavors, I built structures and systems that devised my “A-game”.
I want you to know that NOT having time to achieve your goals, fulfill your dreams and
experience your passions no longer has to be YOUR STORY!
